Job Description for Business Development Manager
FUNCTIONS :
- Plan, develop and oversee the overall business development strategy
- Do a regular market research
- Plan for company’s financial success
- Build strong relationships with industry professionals, competitors, vendors and other personnel
- work strategically – carrying out necessary planning in order to implement operational changes
- Land acquisition
- Liasoning
- Closely follow up with the new upcoming Govt. Policies ,Rules & study the impact on our business
- Enhance the company image
- Site Visits
- Tender bidding
- Preparation of Technical bid along with costing.

- Strong communication skills- needed for communicating with a range of people, both internally and externally, as well as presentation skills

- The ability to think strategically

- Well versed MS Office
EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS :
MSc. Environment / B. Tech Environment/ BE Chemical or Civil MBA(Marketing)
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE :
5 to 10 years
