As Regards to the current Recruitment trends, it is felt that WFH  as well as the Multi Skill  aspects the Industry expects  would be a regular feature in the I.T and the Non I.T. Industry in the Days to come.

While the multi skill expectations of the industry has its own positive as well as negative aspects.

For Example, to what extent the expected skill set match with the available talent in terms of the Education they had could be a   challenge case to case & therefore the students in the Graduation days should assess the individual Aptitude & the current Industry expectations. They should determine   the ways & means in accordance with the suggested career as well as the current trends in the Industry.

Specialization & further skill enhancement should be continuously explored by the Candidates and feel that Job Hopping due to various reasons must be minimized by the   candidates since stability & the ROI factors would be considered with more importance by the prospective employers.

Skill up gradation & enhancement should be undertaken on a regular basis along with the current employment at least in the initial phase of the career by the aspiring resources.
