Real Estate Sales Executive

Customer tracking, Site visits co-ordination, Keeping projects files ready Meeting with clients at site, Explaining about properties to clients, Telling them future prospects about property, Giving them good property options, fulfilling their all queries.

Excellent communication skills with basic computer knowledge (MS Office) and convincing ability. Candidates must have experience in Real estate and construction field. Convincing skills, interpersonal skills, candidate should be dedicated and committed.


1. Handling the sales activities

2. Lead generation

3. Developing opportunities, by phone, email or client meetings

4. Developing and maintaining records of client communication and sales activity in internal systems

5. Presenting weekly and monthly sales pipeline and leads to the company management team

6. Achieving monthly sales target assigned
