Ensure that the Branch Monthly, Quarterly and Annual Sales targets are achieved in accordance with the Company Business Plan.
Acquisition of new customers in all segments especially Foreign Exchange corporate sale.
Ensure the implementation of appropriate action plans where sales & revenue targets are not being achieved.
Help Branch Manager to take appropriate strategies to create the brand value in the market.
Manage Foreign Exchange Operations as per statute and RBI Guidelines
Driving Corporate sales numbers in the Territory.
Ensure highest levels of customer service in every transaction
Maintain documentation as per internal / external guidelines
Maintain all registers, records and documentation as per guidelines
participating in sales promotion activities in the residential and corporate belts.
Implementation of corporate sales strategy that addresses different geographical sales coverage.
Ensure that excellent customer relationships are built and maintained with all appropriate levels.
Ensure that the team delivers best in class customer service for the initial transaction of any subsequent follow up regarding a query.
Spend time in the market, meeting different types of the customers and listening to their feedback and assisting with advice on their transactions.
Good reading, writing and arithmetic skills required
Fluent in English
Strong customer service skills
Basic PC skills (intermediate knowledge in MS Office)
High attention to detail
Strict work ethics
Self motivated with high levels of drive and energy
